At a majestic 40-stories, Rainier Tower offers unparalleled views, allowing for incredible 360 degree vistas of Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Mountains, Mt. Baker, the Cascade Mountains, and stunning Seattle sunsets.

Designed by renowned architect, Minoru Yamasaki, the building emphasizes pedestrian access using open space at the street level. Rainier Tower is home to prominent retail establishments and an underground concourse connects the Tower to the Hilton Hotel, Washington Athletic Club, Union Square, restaurants, banks, and services for easy access in any weather.
