Olympic Bar is the circular lobby bar at the heart of the Fairmont Olympic, beneath a kinetic art installation of sail, rope, and wood that moves to the room. The signature cocktail uses honey from 250,000 bees on the hotel roof. Quietly cinematic. Wonderfully alive.
