Location & Hours
The MT Fitness Center is located on Level 1 of Rainier Tower. Your Membership includes access to the gym as well as the locker & shower facilities located adjacent to MT Fitness Center.
Hours are 5 am – 9 pm on Monday – Friday, excluding building holidays where the fitness center will be closed

Eligibility
Membership is only eligible for current tenants of Rainier Tower, Skinner Building, 1200 Fifth, Financial Center or Puget Sound Plaza. If at any point you are no longer a tenant in one of the Metropolitan Tract buildings, your membership will be canceled at the end of the last month of your tenancy.
After submitting payment, you will be emailed a waiver to review and sign. Only upon signing the waiver will you receive access to the gym.
Cancelation
All Monthly Membership plans are paid by automatic electronic payment each month. Memberships will automatically renew monthly at the same payment terms and billing date established at the time of enrollment. Any changes or cancellation of membership plans must be received 30 days in advance of next billing cycle. It is the members responsibility to monitor membership expiration and renewal dates.
